This notice describes what this website actually does with information. It covers the website only, not work we carry out on a project.
Who we are
UG Herrera Construction Corporation, Las Piñas City, Metro Manila, Philippines. We are the personal information controller for anything described below.
What this website collects
Nothing directly. There is no account to create, no login, and the contact form on the main page is not enabled. We do not ask you for personal information anywhere on this site.
If you phone us, we receive whatever you choose to tell us, such as your name, number, and details of the work. We use that only to answer you and to prepare a quotation.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard technical request data, including IP address, browser type, and the page requested. This is used for security and to prevent abuse. It is not used to identify visitors.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own, and there is no cookie consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Third-party services
Google Maps. The map on the main page is not loaded when you open the site. It loads only if you click it. If you do, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies under Google's own privacy policy. If you would rather not, do not click the map; the address is written out in full beside it and you can open it in a maps app instead.
Analytics. We use a privacy-focused analytics service that sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors. It records only aggregate page views.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you have the right to be informed, to object to processing, to access your data, to have it corrected, to have it erased or blocked, to be indemnified for damages, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
